Delivery Information
For Stock items, please refer to the ‘Stock Items delivery Timescales’ below. On the rare occasions when we may be out of stock of an item, the lead time for production and restocking can be 2 to 4 weeks or more. For an accurate forcast please contact us via the contact-us.
Stock Items Delivery Timescales
Royal Mail up to 1Kg – First Class Post. For example, max 2 bottles of Grout Renue ‘N’ Seal will be able to go via 1st class post. We aim to post out all orders received before 12:00 noon, on the same day wherever possible but please allow 2 – 3 days for delays out of out control.
Courier Service from 1Kg up to 50Kg
Mainland UK – stock orders placed prior to 11a.m. next working day delivery. Stock orders placed after 11a.m. – 1-2 working days delivery.
Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands – Stock orders 2-5 working days.
Pallet Deliveries – 50Kg and above
Stock orders on pallets will be delivered on a 3-5 working day basis to the kerbside.
